The Inspector – Professional Home Inspections performs state-of-the-art digital home inspections with the Horizon reporting system.

The Inspector utilizes the Carson Dunlop "Horizon" system of reporting. Carson Dunlop has been the Home Inspection business both in practise and in the development of a Training Program for the Home Inspection profession for 26 years. Their training manuals and courses are recognised as among the best in North America.

In concert with Microsoft, Horizon has been under development for the past three years and in July of 2005 underwent an upgrade, allowing the user to track his business statistics, incorporating Excel, as well as improved access to the vast library of information that the Carson Dunlop program offers.

Horizon is deployed through a hand-held computer that synchronizes with an office computer which in turn can either print out a colour report -- including digital photographs and diagrams -- with recommendations for repairs or further evaluation, or can be sent as a PDF via email to the client, all within moments of being generated.
