Pre-Listing Inspections
Having a home inspection done prior to listing your home for sale can often be an advantage to you as a seller. You are better prepared to meet buyer's questions regarding the general condition of the house or functioning of the major components -- roof, siding, electrical, and plumbing etc. A small repair now can save you money at price negotation time!
Purchasing Inspections
Providing a thorough inspection of the home to assist the buyer in a decision whether to buy or not. We do NOT advise a client to buy or not to buy but give the client a report on the conditions found on the day of the inspection.
Deficiency Reports
Purchasing a new house is no guarantee that all is well. More often than not the buyer will have a deficiency list that is presented to the contractor. The contractor usually has a time clause within which he is obligated to addess and fix the problems stipulated. A home inspector is often called in to assist the purchaser in verifying the work has been properly completed.
